HElll yeeeahhhhhhh Taking the Mako through a mass relay is really a badass move and I also love what they did with the combat segment outside the Citadel tower, maybe they could play with the SFX/VFX to make it feel more like you're out in space but it's still a great idea

On the hardware requirements for ME2 Legendary Edition, I've noticed my own computer working less hard to run that than ME1 LE. (In particular, an almost 50 watt drop in GPU power from ME1 to ME2) The updates Bioware made to ME2 were not as substantial as what was changed in ME1, so the sequel is still mostly a game from 2010. Assuming you were satisfied with your rig's performance in ME1, it should be sufficient for ME2 LE. I'll be testing ME3 LE soon, still gotta complete my ME2 run 😋

my main and really only concern with donating to patreon is your 8 month long breaks with zero communication... that being said, ME2 legendary edition should run fine, one of the few EA games that actually has decent enough optimization & capping the framrate to your liking helps a ton with performance.

Two hours recording, and we only get to see 30-40 minutes. Stop being stingy. 😞

I am very bummed out that Shiala is not a romance option in ME2/3...being able to only bang your coworkers/subordinates is not great, especially with the human crew. The regs against fraternization are there for good reasons.

Wow. I see NPCs were actually a threat back then. These days they miss on purpose. xD This looks like fun. I'll have to see if there are map codes for past seasons. It's a shame that so much gameplay is lost to time as Fortnite continues to change.

Man, this is such a fantastic, just absolutely superb game. There's so much going on, so much you can do, such a well-designed and satisfying experience. After working in the industry I just marvel at how many different systems are constantly at play all around you to make the world feel so full and lively. Thanks for the LP David! Glad you had fun with it, and it was cool to see how differently you played it. I very much respect your choice not to use all the OP stuff or max out upgrades/runes. I think you might've had some fun with Detonate tbh, that's how you're meant to set people on fire, and there are actually a ton of opportunities to make use of it. Especially in strongholds. I honestly forgot how to mount Caragors normally after being able to do it with Shadow Strike, that's definitely another big crutch one for me. If you have the runes that let you get essentially infinite focus, the bow is absurdly OP and lets you essentially instantly kill as many orcs as you have Elf-Shot, which is like, 12 or 16 or so idr. It's basically like having a Storm of Urfael in your pocket, but that takes away from the swordplay for sure. :p There's also a lot of fun to be had with the branding system. Whenever I was in prolonged fights, I'd try branding only 1 type of Uruk, and see how well they did against the others. Only Archers, only spear throwers, only shield guys, only berserkers, etc. Once you have all the power the game gives you, it's also fun to try and buff all the captains to match you. Just spam "Advance Time" and let a bunch of captains level up a ton, then issue death threats to all of them so everyone has gangs, and then go some place you know there will be multiple captains around and go ham. Also some fun in trying to get the highest level rune possible, which is 25. the only way to do it is for them to be max level, 20, then you have to death threat them for (+1), let them kill you so they can be a Revenge Target (+1), have intel on them (+1), and kill them using their weakness (+2). tons of great stuff, man, such a good game. I've started Shadow of War for the first time just recently, after this LP got me super hype. Looking forward to your LP of that too if you decide to do it. :D

Does Legendary change how many points you get when levelling? He's nearly maxed out at level 20

Legendary Edition changed some weapons' fire modes to differentiate manufacturers and brands. You can generally tell something is going to have a different firemode from normal if the physical model of the weapon changes from the default Lancer (for assault rifles). It's pretty cool, but some of the changes are questionable, particularly on sniper rifles. A burst fire sniper rifle is just silly. Hopefully we get to see you experiment with various weapons as this playthrough is released on RUclips!
